JOB TITLE:
Experienced Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage general ledger accounting and prepare detailed work papers. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and both business and individual tax returns. Handle payroll and sales tax returns, along with additional tasks as assigned. Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Word, with strong communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

Minimum 3 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or related experience

Licensed CPA required or EA required

Extensive experience with pass-through entities strongly preferred

Proficient in S-Corp, Partnership, High Net Worth individual, C-Corp and Trust taxation desired.

Previous experience supervising and training Staff and Seniors preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Must be highly motivated and experienced in managing multiple client engagements

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

JOB TITLE:
Entry Level Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist with detailed and compliant payroll processing for multiple states. File quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, address payroll issues with actionable solutions, and resolve government notices. Perform bookkeeping data entry, including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Utilize Word, Excel, and QuickBooks effectively. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and time management. Exhibit problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

Minimum of 1 year of tax experience in a public accounting firm or related experience

Creative problem solving and research skills

Ability to work overtime as needed

Business Development Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct market research and identify business opportunities. Research, analyze, and determine potential market size and target markets. Gather data on competitors’ marketing strategies and pricing. Prepare and submit reports of findings to management and help develop strategies for business expansion.
